Welcome to Ashok Wellness Academy.

By using this website, enrolling in any program, submitting the Welcome Form, or using any Academy service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Service Access

– Membership is mandatory to access Academy services.

– Services will begin only after successful payment confirmation.

– Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Nature of Services

– Ashok Wellness Academy provides wellness, healthy lifestyle, and weight management guidance through personal plans and digital support.

– All services are provided digitally through App support, scheduled follow-ups, and personal guidance.

3. Member Responsibilities

– Members must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, lifestyle, and follow-up details.

– Failure to provide accurate information may affect program guidance and services.

– Members are required to follow all instructions, follow-up rules, and Academy guidelines properly.

4. App Follow-Up Rules

– Members must submit food photos, weight updates, measurements, and required follow-up details within the specified time.

– Fake, edited, old, or misleading photos/updates may affect services and program eligibility.

– Incomplete or irregular follow-up may affect continuation of services and program benefits.

5. Result Video & Feedback


– After measurable weight changes or visible results, members may be requested to submit result videos, feedback, photos, or progress updates.

– Required result videos or updates must be submitted within the requested time.

– Failure to submit required updates may affect continuation services, app access, or future plan benefits.

– Failure to submit required result videos within the specified time may result in permanent suspension of app access or membership benefits.

– Photos, videos, testimonials, feedback, or result content voluntarily shared by members may be used by Ashok Wellness Academy for educational, promotional, awareness, and marketing purposes.

6. Program Pause & Restart Policy

– If a member is unable to follow the program temporarily due to personal issues, health concerns, emergencies, or unavoidable situations, the program may be paused and restarted later.

– Prior information through official WhatsApp or Email is mandatory.

– No additional charges will be taken for restarting the remaining Regular Plan or One Year Plan period.

– Without prior request or information, no plan extension will be provided.

– The One Year Plan will automatically expire after 365 days from the activation date.

– However, if prior information is provided through official WhatsApp or Email regarding health issues, emergencies, or unavoidable situations, the Academy may extend the One Year Plan period accordingly.

– In Lifetime Plans, if a member takes a long gap or remains inactive for more than 90 days without regular follow-up, the Academy may apply a Restart / Re-Activation / Maintenance Fee for restarting support services, reassessment, app guidance, and member support activation.

7. Family Premium Plan Rules

– Family Premium Plan is valid only for family members living in the same household.

– Married sisters, relatives living separately, friends, or unrelated persons cannot be added to the Family Premium Plan.

– All participating family members must be declared at the beginning of the program.

– Welcome Forms for all members must be submitted at the beginning.

– No new member can be added after the program starts.

8. Wellness Coach Communication

– Every member will be assigned a personal wellness coach.

– Temporary response delays may occur during busy support hours.

– Coach response delay will not be considered a valid reason for complaints or refunds.

9. Misconduct & Discipline

– Misbehavior, abusive language, threats, false allegations, emotional pressure, or disrespectful behavior towards the Academy or team members may result in immediate suspension of services.

– Refund eligibility and membership benefits may also be cancelled in such situations.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

– Personal information, submitted data, screenshots, chats, follow-up records, and communication logs may be securely maintained for verification, compliance, quality monitoring, and dispute resolution purposes.

– Personal data usage will be governed according to the official Privacy Policy.

11. Technical Issues

– Temporary delays may occur due to App downtime, internet issues, payment gateway issues, server problems, or unavoidable technical conditions.

12. Welcome Form & Policy Acceptance


– Members must carefully read and understand all Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before submitting the Welcome Form.

– If any condition is not acceptable, members may request a 100% refund before submitting the Welcome Form.

– Plan duration will be considered active immediately after Welcome Form submission.

– Once the Welcome Form is submitted, all Terms & Conditions, Academy rules, and Refund Policy will be considered accepted.

13. Governing Law

– These Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and all related policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

– Any disputes arising in relation to Ashok Wellness Academy services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Maharashtra, India.

14. Policy Updates

– Ashok Wellness Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Ashok Wellness Academy मध्ये आपले स्वागत आहे.

ही वेबसाईट वापरणे, कोणताही Program घेणे, Welcome Form submit करणे किंवा Academy ची कोणतीही service वापरणे म्हणजे आपण खालील सर्व Terms & Conditions वाचून, समजून आणि मान्य करून सहभागी होत आहात असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

1. Membership & Service Access

– Ashok Wellness Academy च्या कोणत्याही services वापरण्यासाठी membership आवश्यक राहील.

– Program / Membership fee भरल्यानंतरच services सुरू केल्या जातील.

– Membership वैयक्तिक असून transfer करता येणार नाही.

2. Nature of Services

– Academy कडून wellness, healthy lifestyle आणि weight management related guidance personal plans व digital support द्वारे दिले जाते.

– सर्व services App support, scheduled follow-up आणि personal guidance द्वारे डिजिटल पद्धतीने दिल्या जातात.

– ही सेवा कोणत्याही वैद्यकीय उपचार किंवा डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्याचा पर्याय नाही

3. Member Responsibilities

– Member ने आरोग्य, lifestyle आणि follow-up संबंधित अचूक व पूर्ण माहिती देणे आवश्यक राहील.

– चुकीची किंवा अपूर्ण माहिती दिल्यास services आणि guidance वर परिणाम होऊ शकतो.

– Program चे सर्व rules, instructions आणि Academy guidelines योग्य प्रकारे पाळणे member साठी आवश्यक राहील.

4. App Follow-Up Rules

– Member ने food photos, weight updates, measurements आणि required follow-up details दिलेल्या वेळेत submit करणे आवश्यक राहील.

– Fake, edited, old किंवा misleading photos / updates मुळे services आणि program eligibility प्रभावित होऊ शकते.

– Incomplete किंवा irregular follow-up मुळे continuation services आणि benefits प्रभावित होऊ शकतात

5. Result Video & Feedback

– Member ला वजनामध्ये योग्य बदल किंवा visible result मिळाल्यानंतर Academy कडून result video, feedback, photos किंवा progress updates मागितले जाऊ शकतात.

– Required result videos किंवा updates निर्धारित वेळेमध्ये submit करणे आवश्यक राहील.

– Required updates न दिल्यास continuation services, app access किंवा future plan benefits प्रभावित होऊ शकतात.

– निर्धारित वेळेमध्ये आवश्यक result video न दिल्यास app access किंवा membership benefits कायमस्वरूपी बंद केले जाऊ शकतात.

– Member ने voluntarily share केलेले फोटो, videos, testimonials, feedback किंवा result content Ashok Wellness Academy educational, promotional, awareness आणि marketing purposes साठी वापरू शकते.

6. Program Pause & Extension Rules

– वैयक्तिक अडचण, health issue, emergency किंवा इतर unavoidable परिस्थितींमध्ये member program तात्पुरता pause करून नंतर restart करू शकतो.

– अधिकृत WhatsApp किंवा Email वर पूर्वकल्पना देणे आवश्यक राहील.

– उर्वरित plan restart करण्यासाठी कोणतेही अतिरिक्त charges घेतले जाणार नाहीत.

– पूर्वकल्पना किंवा request न दिल्यास कोणतीही plan extension दिली जाणार नाही.

7. Family Premium Plan Rules

– Family Premium Plan हा फक्त एकाच घरात राहणाऱ्या family members साठीच वैध राहील.

– लग्न झालेल्या बहिणी, वेगळे राहणारे नातेवाईक, मित्र किंवा इतर व्यक्तींना Family Premium Plan मध्ये add करता येणार नाही.

– Program सुरू होण्यापूर्वी सर्व participating members ची माहिती देणे आवश्यक राहील.

– सर्व members चे Welcome Forms सुरुवातीलाच submit करणे आवश्यक राहील.

– Program सुरू झाल्यानंतर नवीन member add करता येणार नाही.

8. Wellness Coach Communication

– प्रत्येक member ला personal wellness coach दिला जाईल.

– Busy support hours मुळे response मध्ये तात्पुरता उशीर होऊ शकतो.

– Coach response delay हा complaint किंवा refund reason म्हणून वैध मानला जाणार नाही.

9. Misconduct & Discipline

– गैरवर्तन, अपमानास्पद भाषा, धमक्या, खोटे आरोप, emotional pressure किंवा Academy व team members सोबत disrespectful वर्तन केल्यास services त्वरित बंद केल्या जाऊ शकतात.

– अशा परिस्थितीत membership benefits आणि refund eligibility देखील रद्द केली जाऊ शकते.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

– Personal information, submitted data, screenshots, chats, follow-up records आणि communication logs verification, compliance, quality monitoring आणि dispute resolution साठी सुरक्षित ठेवले जाऊ शकतात.

– Member ची personal information आणि submitted data चा वापर Privacy Policy नुसार केला जाईल.

11. Technical Issues

– App downtime, internet problem, payment gateway issue, server समस्या किंवा unavoidable technical issues मुळे तात्पुरता service delay होऊ शकतो.

12. Welcome Form & Policy Acceptance

– Welcome Form submit करण्यापूर्वी member ने सर्व Terms & Conditions आणि Refund Policy काळजीपूर्वक वाचून समजून घेणे आवश्यक राहील.

– कोणतीही अट मान्य नसल्यास Welcome Form submit करण्यापूर्वी 100% refund मागता येईल.

– Welcome Form submit केल्यानंतर member चा plan period सुरू झालेला मानला जाईल.

– एकदा Welcome Form submit केल्यानंतर Academy चे सर्व नियम, Terms & Conditions आणि Refund Policy मान्य आहेत असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

13. लागू कायदा (Governing Law)

–हे Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy आणि संबंधित सर्व policies भारताच्या कायद्यांनुसार नियंत्रित व समजल्या जातील.

– Ashok Wellness Academy च्या सेवांशी संबंधित कोणताही वाद उद्भवल्यास त्यावर महाराष्ट्र, भारत येथील संबंधित न्यायालयांचे अधिकार क्षेत्र लागू राहील.

14. Policy Updates

– Ashok Wellness Academy कोणत्याही वेळी हे Terms & Conditions update, modify किंवा amend करू शकते.
