1. Membership
– Membership with Ashok Wellness Academy is mandatory to avail any of the services.
– Services will begin only after successful payment of the membership fee.
– Membership is personal and non-transferable.

– All services provided by Ashok Wellness Academy are delivered digitally through personalized guidance and structured follow-ups.
– The guidance provided is related to wellness, lifestyle, and dietary habits and is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional medical advice.
3. Health Information & Assessment
– Members are required to provide accurate information regarding age, weight, height, medical conditions, and overall health.
– Ashok Wellness Academy shall not be responsible for results if incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided by the member.
4. Rules & Follow-Up Compliance
– Members must strictly follow all instructions, diet plans, and guidance provided by the Academy.
– Food photos, updates, and follow-ups must be submitted via the App or official WhatsApp number within the specified time.
– Failure to comply with the rules may affect service continuity and refund eligibility.
5. Fees & Payments
– Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be governed strictly by the separate Refund Policy of Ashok Wellness Academy.
– Ashok Wellness Academy will not be responsible for issues arising due to failed payments, payment delays, or incorrect payment details.
6. Refund Policy
– Refund eligibility and processing are governed exclusively by the official Refund Policy.
– Refund decisions will be based strictly on compliance with the Refund Policy terms.
– These Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy are interlinked and applicable together.
7. Misconduct & Discipline
– Any form of misbehavior, abusive language, false allegations, threats, or pressure toward the Academy or its team may result in immediate termination of services.
– In such cases, refund eligibility may be cancelled.
8. Coach Communication
– Each member is assigned a personal wellness coach.
– Response delays may occur if the coach is engaged with other members.
– Delay in response from the coach shall not be considered a valid reason for any claim or refund.
9. Results Disclaimer
– Results may vary from person to person depending on body type, metabolism, health condition, and compliance.
– Ashok Wellness Academy does not guarantee specific results.
10. Policy Updates
– Ashok Wellness Academy reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
