We provide personal wellness plans and complete guidance for natural wellness, healthy lifestyle, and sustainable weight management. All our personal plans are designed using safe and natural wellness principles.

Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before starting any Program or Service.

Ashok Wellness Academy – 15 Day Refund Policy

At Ashok Wellness Academy, we provide complete guidance for natural, safe, and sustainable weight loss. All our programs, diet plans, and methods are designed for 100% natural and long-term results.

If a user follows the plan honestly and still does not achieve the expected outcome, the 15-day refund policy applies strictly under the terms mentioned below.

1. Refund Eligibility

– Refund Policy is strictly based on measurable results and proper program compliance.

– Refund eligibility will be considered only if the member follows all instructions, required follow-up processes, and Academy rules properly.

– Refund eligibility will be evaluated based on measurable weight loss, inch loss, and proper compliance.

– Refund will be considered only if there is absolutely no measurable change in weight, belly circumference, or waist circumference after proper compliance with the program.

2. Seat Booking & Partial Payment Rules

– Partial payment may be accepted for seat booking in selected programs.

– Once seat booking is completed and the Welcome Form is submitted, no immediate refund will be provided.

– Remaining payment must be completed before continuation or activation of complete services.

– Refund eligibility will still remain strictly result-based and compliance-based.

– If there is no measurable result after proper compliance for 15 days, refund eligibility may be considered as per Academy Refund Policy.

3. Mandatory Follow-Up Rules

– Members must submit food photos, weight updates, measurements, and follow-up details on time through the App or official WhatsApp support.

– Incomplete follow-up, delays, or irregular participation may affect refund eligibility.

– Fake, edited, old, or misleading photos/updates may lead to cancellation of refund eligibility.

4. App Photo & Update Rules

– Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Nature Tea, and Water Slip photos must be uploaded within the specified time.

– Photos uploaded before or after the scheduled time will not be accepted.

– If delay is expected, prior information through WhatsApp is mandatory.

– Old, edited, fake, or internet photos will make the respective day invalid.

– Missing any required photo or update will mark the day as incomplete.

5. Fasting Rules


– If fasting is included in the program, prior information at least 1 day in advance is mandatory.

– Fasting days will not be included in refund calculation.

– Program duration may be extended accordingly.

– 15 consecutive complete follow-up days are mandatory.

6. Measurement Submission Rules 

– On Day 16, members must submit:

* Weight
* Belly circumference
* Waist circumference

7. Refund Application Process

– Refund requests can be submitted only on Day 16.

– Requests before or after Day 16 will not be accepted.

– Refund request can be submitted only once.

– Final decision after verification will remain binding.

8. Program Pause & Restart Policy

– If a member is unable to follow the program temporarily due to personal issues, health concerns, emergencies, or unavoidable situations, the program may be paused and restarted later.

– Prior information through official WhatsApp or Email is mandatory.

– No additional charges will be taken for restarting the remaining plan period.

– Without prior request or information, no plan extension will be provided.

9. Misconduct & Policy Violation

–Misbehavior, abusive language, threats, false allegations, or disrespectful conduct towards the Academy or team members may result in cancellation of refund eligibility and services.

10. Wellness Coach Support

– Each member is assigned a personal wellness coach.

– Temporary response delays may occur during busy support hours.

– Coach response delay will not be considered a valid reason for refund.

11. Medical Disclaimer

– Ashok Wellness Academy provides wellness, lifestyle, and healthy habit guidance only.

– This service is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional medical advice.

12. Welcome Form & Policy Acceptance

– Members must carefully read and understand all Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before submitting the Welcome Form.

– If any term or condition is not acceptable, members may request a 100% refund before submitting the Welcome Form.

– Once the Welcome Form is submitted, all Academy rules, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy will be considered accepted.

13. Refund Processing Time

– Approved refunds may take approximately 7 to 30 working days for processing.

14. Technical Issues & Service Delay

– Temporary service delays may occur due to server issues, internet problems, App downtime, payment gateway issues, or unavoidable technical problems.g.

15. Policy Updates

– Ashok Wellness Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

– This refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and discipline.

– Users are advised to read and understand all terms carefully before starting the program.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, enrolling in any program, submitting the Welcome Form, or availing any service provided by Ashok Wellness Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and related rules and guidelines.If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment or use the services.

– Program चे योग्य compliance करूनही वजन, पोटाचा घेर किंवा कंबर घेर यामध्ये कोणताही measurable बदल आढळला नाही तरच refund eligibility विचारात घेतली जाईल.

2. Seat Booking & Partial Payment Rules

– काही programs मध्ये seat booking साठी partial payment स्वीकारले जाऊ शकते.

– Seat booking केल्यानंतर आणि Welcome Form submit केल्यानंतर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा immediate refund दिला जाणार नाही.

– उर्वरित रक्कम भरल्यानंतरच complete services किंवा पुढील plan सुरू केले जातील.

– Refund Policy ही फक्त measurable result आणि proper program compliance यावर आधारित लागू राहील.

– Program चे योग्य compliance करूनही 15 दिवसांमध्ये measurable result न आल्यास Academy च्या Refund Policy नुसार refund eligibility विचारात घेतली जाऊ शकते.

3. Mandatory Follow-Up Rules

– Member ने food photos, weight updates, measurements आणि follow-up details वेळेत App किंवा अधिकृत WhatsApp support वर पाठवणे आवश्यक राहील.

4. App Photo व Update Rules

– Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Nature Tea आणि Water Slip चे फोटो दिलेल्या वेळेत App वर अपलोड करणे बंधनकारक राहील.

– वेळेपूर्वी किंवा वेळेनंतर अपलोड केलेले फोटो वैध धरले जाणार नाहीत.

– उशीर होणार असल्यास आधीच WhatsApp वर माहिती देणे आवश्यक राहील.

– जुने, edited, fake किंवा internet वरून घेतलेले फोटो आढळल्यास संबंधित दिवस invalid मानला जाईल.

– आवश्यक फोटो किंवा updates पैकी एक जरी missing असल्यास तो दिवस incomplete मानला जाईल

5. Fasting (उपवास) Rules

– Program मध्ये fasting असल्यास किमान 1 दिवस आधी माहिती देणे आवश्यक राहील.

– Fasting days हे refund calculation मध्ये धरले जाणार नाहीत.

– उपवास असल्यास program चे दिवस वाढवले जाऊ शकतात.

– 15 सलग complete follow-up दिवस अनिवार्य राहतील.

6. Measurement Submission Rules

– 16 व्या दिवशी खालील measurements submit करणे आवश्यक राहील:

* वजन
* पोटाचा घेर
* कंबर घेर

7.  Refund Application Process

– Refund request फक्त 16 व्या दिवशीच करता येईल.

– 16 व्या दिवसाआधी किंवा नंतर केलेली request स्वीकारली जाणार नाही.

– Refund request फक्त एकदाच करता येईल.

– Verification नंतर घेतलेला निर्णय अंतिम राहील.

8. Program Pause & Restart Policy

– वैयक्तिक अडचण, health issue, emergency किंवा इतर कारणांमुळे member ला काही काळ program follow करणे शक्य नसल्यास member program तात्पुरता pause करून नंतर restart करू शकतो.

– अशा परिस्थितीत member ने अधिकृत WhatsApp किंवा Email वर पूर्वकल्पना देणे आवश्यक राहील.

– Program restart करण्यासाठी भविष्यात कोणतेही अतिरिक्त charges घेतले जाणार नाहीत.

– पूर्वकल्पना किंवा अधिकृत request न दिल्यास कोणत्याही प्रकारची plan extension दिली जाणार नाही.

9. Misconduct & Policy Violation

– गैरवर्तन, अपमानास्पद भाषा, धमक्या, खोटे आरोप किंवा Academy व team members सोबत disrespectful वर्तन केल्यास refund eligibility रद्द केली जाऊ शकते.

10. Wellness Coach Support

– प्रत्येक member ला personal wellness coach दिला जाईल.

– Busy hours मुळे response मध्ये तात्पुरता उशीर होऊ शकतो.

– Coach response delay हा refund साठी वैध कारण मानला जाणार नाही.

11. Medical Disclaimer

– Ashok Wellness Academy कडून wellness, lifestyle आणि healthy habits संबंधित guidance दिले जाते.

– ही सेवा कोणत्याही वैद्यकीय उपचार किंवा डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्याचा पर्याय नाही.

12. Welcome Form & Policy Acceptance

– Welcome Form submit करण्यापूर्वी member ने सर्व नियम, अटी, Terms & Conditions आणि Refund Policy काळजीपूर्वक वाचून समजून घेणे आवश्यक राहील.

– जर कोणतीही अट मान्य नसेल तर Welcome Form submit करण्यापूर्वी 100% refund ची मागणी करता येईल.

– Welcome Form submit केल्यानंतर Academy चे सर्व नियम, Terms & Conditions आणि Refund Policy मान्य आहेत असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

13. Refund Processing Time

– Approved refund process होण्यासाठी साधारण 7 ते 30 working days लागू शकतात.

14. Technical Issues & Service Delay

– Server issue, internet problem, App downtime किंवा unavoidable technical issues मुळे तात्पुरता service delay होऊ शकतो.

– Ashok Wellness Academy कोणत्याही वेळी ही Refund Policy update किंवा modify करू शकते.
